Everyday etudes No.1: garden - for gardening tools, bass clarinet and sound files (2015)
One of Michel Foucault’s most interesting concepts is heterotopia. It is neither a real-life place, nor a non-real utopia, but a sort of third place that occurs on the border of real and fabricated places. Gardens are fabricated places, constructed to be as natural or stylized as possible, where certain elements that are perceived beautiful are brought into a confined space.
